Previously employed at Northshore Yachts as a yard hand and machine operator, James has joined us to strengthen our boat moving and handling capacity. He will be primarily working with Peter, operating the hoist and the other boat moving equipment. James spent a number of years at Thornham and at Wicormarine. Having primarily been moving new boats at Northshore he is looking forward to more contact with customers in his new role. In his spare time, James enjoys all things mechanical and gardening - before entering the marine industry he worked in a garden centre and ran his own part time garden business. He has had an interest in boats since childhood and owned and renovated many small vessels. He is presently involved in a project to renovate a 22 foot cabin cruiser for family use.
